We currently offer free USPS shipping to the continental United States for all orders. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. USPS shipping usually takes 1-5 business days after being processed. If you need your order expedited, you will need to pay for Expedited shipping. These orders will be sent out on the day of purchase or the next day and usually take 2-3 days to ship.
Usually, free shipping flat rate= 5-7 days and Expedited Shipping= 3-4 days
Orders CANNOT be canceled after being placed.
Please triple check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for the order if the shipping address is typed incorrectly.
We hope that you love every purchase made from Jolie Noelle Boutique! However, we understand that it is sometimes necessary to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 14 days of your receipt of the purchase! After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Available shipping services are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Return authorization is not necessary.

Please place packing slip in your return package. The packing slip can be found in the bag with your purchase and will provide us with the necessary information to handle the return. Any return outside of the timeframe stated in the policy will not be accepted or store credited. Please make sure that you are not out of the 14 day timeframe before sending your items out. We will not be responsible for shipping items back to you! Once we receive your return, please allow us 5-10 days for processing. Once processed you will receive an email including your store credit. Store credit will be good for 6 months. Purchases made with store credit are final sale!

Shoe boxes must include the stuffing that the shoes were sent out with. Shoe boxes must be placed inside another box for shipping to protect the items. If the shoes are sent back with the stickers and return labels directly on box, or if the box is damaged, the return will not be accepted.
Returned Items must be in perfect condition and unworn/unwashed. Returned items must be free of makeup/deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind.
Damaged Items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. Please email us at email@example.com and provide us with photos showing damage of the products.
We are unable to offer exchanges of any items. We suggest purchasing the correct size of the desired item and then shipping back the product that is unfit for you, to prevent you from missing out on the item you desire.
